Thumbnail Generator
Here’s a great little script I found recently:

Once you’ve uploaded an image to your website you can reference it using this script and a couple of variables and it dynamicaly creates smaller, optimized images for your viewers to download.
I was thinking of a friend who is traveling at the moment. He’ll be taking digital photos and wanting to stick them on his blog. Now he can upload the huge file and people will be able to see optimized versions. (I am assuming that each internet cafe he visits will not have the same or any optimizing software!)
I’m quite pleased with it!
