Final Fruits
The final fruits of my vegetable patch this year. We did have one more butternut squash, but we ate it (and very nice it was too). The squash plants are dying back and I’m not sure we’re going to get many more courgettes now.
We do still have a load of tomatoes to ripen – and they taste pretty good too.
I’m planning to plant a ‘green manure’ in the veg patch over the winter – get the winter sunlight working and plants fixing some nitrogen for me!
