National Charter for Youthworkers

Hi hope someone from the church I work for finds this:

There are some great cartoons from Dave Walker to accompany the 7 points of the charter on the schoolswork.co.uk website.
Also Youthblog has a good corollary for how youthworkers should comit to the church they work for (if they do!)
