I’m in to the Training Objective of building up the length of my runs now. Having missed Wednesday’s run (still too wacked from being ill) I had to jump from 3 mins jog / 1 min walk repeated straight up to a 15 minute jog. Here’s the result.

Here’s a record of today’s RunKeeper Activity. Martin and I went for a jog in the nice bright weather round this route we’ve found that’s nice and interesting. I’m pleased with the run, given I’ve missed a week of training.
