Today’s Run with Martin
Here’s a record of today’s RunKeeper Activity. Martin and I went for a jog in the nice bright weather round this route we’ve found that’s nice and interesting. I’m pleased with the run, given I’ve missed a week of training.

- St Peter’s Hopsice working with patients and families approaching the end of life

all this effort training is for the Bristol 10K race on May 9th. All this effort is to raise a part of £100,000 to see Love Running to the above causes.
