First Long(er) run!

I’m in to the Training Objective of building up the length of my runs now. Having missed Wednesday’s run (still too wacked from being ill) I had to jump from 3 mins jog / 1 min walk repeated straight up to a 15 minute jog. Here’s the result.

The first 10 minutes were OK and I got through the last 5 minutes by concentrating hard on my running style! gonna hurt tomorrow though I think.
