I’m currently obsessed with this Ebay page. For some reason I seem to have got it in to my head that it would be cool to have and play a Baritone Sax – so there we are!

Tonight, I made cream!

From 200ml milk (11p) and 175g butter (35p), I made 400ml cream (which would cost 70p). But for me, that’s not the point. The point is, I often find I want some cream for a recipe and don’t have any, but we normaly do have milk and butter! Nice texture, tastes a bit buttery! I’ll [...]
